  • the number of hectares or square meters to protect against dusting,<\/li>\n
  • the type of dusting substrate (ash of hard coal, brown coal, wood dust, rock, etc.)<\/li>\n
  • difficulties of applying the protection (access, ground stability, etc.)<\/li>\n
  • the degree of durability collateral (3, 6, 12 or even 24 months),<\/li>\n
  • the possibility and current readiness to carry out the service against dusting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    For example, the price of collateral 1m2 on ashes, ranged from 0,5 $\u00a0 to even 1$ protection of roads against dusting is an amount of 1$ – 2$ net per 1 m2. Please contact us to determine the degree and type of security. After a short consultation, we will provide you with information about the price.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What is the minimum order for protection against dusting?” css_animation=”fadeIn”]The minimum area we make is 5,000 m2, with additional fees for transporting both ways. At the service above 1 ha (10,000 m2), transport charges are no longer charged.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What does the heaps after the celluguard technology look like?” css_animation=”fadeIn”]The technology most often immediately after application creates a thin, elastic and practically invisible barrier between dust and wind. However, in order to optically control the application or terrain, we also add a dye that disappears after a few days or months. In the case of celluguard protection, the barrier binding small powdery fractions combines them together. Importantly, this barrier does not crumble as with the use of bitumens or polymers.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What is the durability of the dusting area you are doing?” css_animation=”fadeIn”]Proper distribution of the protection against secondary pollution is divided into:<\/p>\n

    • Class A – long-term – from 6 to 12 months.<\/li>\n
    • Class B – medium-term – from 3 to 6 months.<\/li>\n
    • Class C – short-term – from 0 to 3 months.<\/li>\n
    • Class D – short-term – from 0 to 30 days – applies to open rail cars and truck boxes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      In special cases, we are also able to prepare permanent security for 18 and 24 months.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Does the celluguard\u00ae technology allow for protection longer than one year?” css_animation=”fadeIn”]Yes. In some cases and on some landfills, celluguard\u00ae<\/strong> technology has the potential to prolong the protection of dusty surfaces. The period of protection against secondary dusting can increase up to 2 years! Please contact us to determine the specificity of the landfill.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What pH does your protection have?” css_animation=”fadeIn”]Dustergent celluguard\u00ae has a pH of 5.5-7.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How long is the dye added to cover visible and permanent?” css_animation=”fadeIn”]The dye only serves to optically control the sprayed surfaces and is visible for up to 3 days. In the case of rainfall, the dyestuff biodegrades much faster. Durability of the dye visibility or even its lack, can be determined individually according to the client’s requirements and can take up to several months if needed.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Do you also secure transports of loose materials in open railway wagons?” css_animation=”fadeIn”]Yes. We do this type of task. We refer to this as category D also in accordance with the ADR and RID regulations. Most often they relate to cooperation based on the Framework Service Agreement.       • the type of dusting material (troublesome, dangerous or toxic),<\/li>\n
      • the number of wagons to secure during the day or on a monthly scale,<\/li>\n
      • the places where the warehouses are protected, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

We have such long-term contracts with many customers. This is a very convenient form of outsourcing offered by our company. It allows for safe and quick action in emergency situations, and simplifies paperwork procedures.
